Dr. Alexis LaPietra, a board-certified emergency room physician at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey, has spearheaded major changes in management of opioid use disorder and pain treatment in the nation’s second busiest emergency room. She created the Alternatives to Opioids (ALTO℠) program and founded the Pain Management/Addiction Medicine Section of ACEP.

Join us for this unique forum where you will learn from each other, not just from a subject matter expert.
