PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy

Thank you for your interest in the OHSU Hospital and Clinics Pharmacy Residency Program. This postgraduate year two (PGY2) Oncology Pharmacy Residency Program is designed to prepare residents to assume positions as patient care clinicians and to serve as adjunct faculty at a school of pharmacy. As Oregon’s only National Cancer Institute (NCI)-designated cancer center, the Oregon Health & Sciences University Knight Cancer Institute provides Oncology residents with experiences in patient care, practice management, project management, and academia. The program received ASHP accreditation in 2012.
