Tracy joined the OHSU Library in 2016.  She provides leadership, support, and strategic vision for the Library's operational areas. She manages finance, administration, and technology staff and directs the Access Services department. She is responsible for the Library's budget, technical and physical infrastructure, statistical and survey reporting, coordinating and implementing projects, and improving workflows and processes across departments. She supports recruitments and acts as a liaison to administrative units across campus. When time allows, she participates as a mentor in OHSU's Leader Mentoring Program and has previously served on OHSU's Labor Management Committee.
