Shannon Anderson M.P.A.S., PA-C

Shannon is a physician assistant in the Parkinson Center of Oregon primarily seeing movement disorder patients. She is the Deep Brain Stimulation program clinical coordinator and runs the Newly Diagnosed Workshop for patients with Parkinson's disease. She is a part time faculty member at the OHSU Physician Assistant school teaching first year PA students during the didactic year, and precepting second year PA students during their clinical rotations. She joined the Department of Emergency Medicine as faculty in 2017 as an Advanced Practice Provider in the Virtual Visits Urgent Care Program. Special interests include Neurology, Movement Disorders, PA Education, Urgent Care and Telemedicine. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband, son and daughter.
