Biography
Ece Eksi, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at CEDAR. She works at the intersection of single-cell sequencing and imaging to dissect tumor heterogeneity and evolution. Dr. Eksi is specifically focused on the dynamics of enhancer elements and cell-states during tumor progression in prostate cancer. She received her Ph.D. in Molecular, Cell and Developmental biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
