With a deep commitment to fairness and respect, I help individuals explore options, surface concerns, and foster constructive dialogue—always with an eye toward empowering people to be heard and understood.

Drawing on over a decade of employment at OHSU, my training and certification through the International Ombuds Association and equity-centered practices, I approach each conversation with care, curiosity, and discretion. My role is not to take sides, but to support ethical reflection, offer clarity, and help restore trust in complex situations.
