Leslie Kahl, M.D.

Biography

Dr. Kahl is a clinical rheumatologist with a long-standing interest in medical education. She is the recipient of numerous Distinguished Service Teaching Awards from Washington University School of Medicine, and the Clinician Scholar Educator Award from the American College of Rheumatology. She joined the OHSU faculty in July, 2011, and her responsibilities will include attending in the rheumatology fellows’ clinic and the consult service. She is interested in enhancing educational opportunities in rheumatology for medical students and residents, as well as fellows. In addition to her position in rheumatology, Dr. Kahl serves as associate dean. There, her work includes issues primarily relating to faculty development. She previously served as associate dean for student affairs at Washington University School of Medicine.
