Biography

Juvenal Fils is a physician assistant. He specializes in helping with heart surgeries and caring for children and adults with congenital heart disease. His special focus is pediatric cardiovascular surgery and congenital heart surgery.

Before earning his master of physician assistant studies, Juvenal managed a pediatric clinic in his home country of Haiti. He also worked as a medical interpreter in an underserved medical clinic in Haiti. Juvenal has been involved with organizations such as Partners in Health, the Haiti Fund at the Boston Foundation, Partners in Development and Chances for Children.

When he's not working, Juvenal enjoys spending time with his wife and taking care of his plants. He also enjoys kiteboarding, ice climbing, running and listening to philosophical podcasts.
