Dr. Spencer is pleased to see patients for consult but is not taking new patients for ongoing care. Dr. Spencer's clinical areas of interest are treatment of seizure disorders/epilepsy and video EEG monitoring. The professor of neurology received his medical degree in 1993 from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. He underwent his residency training and epilepsy fellowship at Stanford University in Stanford, CA.
