Biography
Chris is a PhD candidate in the Bioinformatics and Computational Biomedicine (BCB) program at Oregon Health & Science University. Following his undergraduate education in biology and economics at American University, Chris worked on cell culture media development for Thermo Fisher Scientific. His doctoral research focuses on single-cell transcriptomics, computational inference of gene-regulatory and cell-cell communication networks, cancer, immunology, and immunotherapy.
