Biography
Previous work in manufacturing and retail prior to retraining in bioengineering. Undergraduate research in atomic force microscopy data analysis and 3D bioprinting. Research goal is to automate hyperparameter optimization for feature engineering and classifier training to predict cancer subtypes and drug response based on multiomic molecular profiling.
