Dr. Alexa Tyler is a family physician. She was drawn to family medicine because of the opportunity it offers her to care for people throughout their lives and affirm their humanity in the process.

Her father is also a family doctor, which spurred her initial interest in general medicine. Throughout her life, Dr. Tyler’s interest in medicine increased as she learned to value people from all different backgrounds with various needs.

In her free time, Dr. Tyler enjoys reading fiction and non-fiction, singing and trying her very best to learn to play the piano.
