Technology grant opportunity is now available for Central Oregon counties

Technology Grant Open for Deschutes, Crook, Jefferson and Northern Klamath Counties

The Central Oregon Health Quality Alliance (COHQA) has recently partnered with the Central Oregon Health Information Exchange (COHIE) to develop a one-time grant opportunity for 2026 regarding technology needs in Deschutes, Crook, Jefferson and Northern Klamath counties. The grant program is now open and closes April 6 at 5 p.m. 

COHIE’s mission is to provide the framework to enable the comprehensive management of health information and its secure exchange between consumers, providers, government, quality entities and insurers.

To be eligible for this grant opportunity, grant applicants must:

  • Be an independent health care provider, clinic, public health agency or community-based organization directly working in health care;
  • Be directly serving patients or demonstrate collaboration with a provider or clinic that is serving patients though a letter of commitment; and
  • Be located within Deschutes, Crook, Jefferson or Northern Klamath counties.

 Please note that grant applicants DO NOT need to be a 501(c)(3) to apply.
