RHC Regulation and Compliance Program
RHC Compliance Cohort
This cohort offers Oregon Rural Health Clinic (RHC) leaders a valuable opportunity to explore the regulations in 42 CFR 491 Subpart A. Running from September to June every year, the program includes monthly one-hour virtual webinars led by subject-matter experts. Participants engage in group discussions, use practical tools, and attend a session with a state surveyor. Each clinic conducts an internal clinic survey and implements a compliance improvement activity. One-on-one coaching sessions with an RHC expert provide tailored support. The program concludes with an in-person meeting in June to promote networking and collaboration among clinic leaders. It equips participants with essential RHC compliance knowledge while fostering a supportive community for growth and improvement.
Mock Surveys
Mock surveys are key to having a successful initial certification or recertification survey. ORH offers free on-site mock surveys to RHCs in Oregon. Following the mock survey, ORH will complete a mock survey report.
