RHC Quality Improvement

St Charles Prineville Clinic Outside Elevation

RHC Quality 101 Cohort

The Oregon Office of Rural Health (ORH) offers RHC leaders and their teams an opportunity to be part of the RHC Quality 101 Cohort. This comprehensive course is designed to equip health care professionals working in RHCs with essential knowledge and skills to enhance the quality of care provided to their patients. Participants will learn fundamental quality improvement concepts, tools, and techniques tailored to the unique challenges faced in rural health care settings. They will also be able to improve quality at their clinic by creating a plan-do-study-act (PDSA) quality improvement project utilizing the knowledge gained.

Susan Runyan of Runyan Health Care Quality Consulting will lead this cohort. Susan will provide coaching and technical assistance to help teams identify barriers to patient experience and implement projects or workflows to improve the overall patient journey in an RHC.
