AHEC’s Annual Spring Speaker Series

The Oregon Area Health Education Centers (AHEC’s) annual Spring Speaker Series brings together dynamic, virtual sessions focused on health equity, advocacy and self-leadership. This year, ORH was proud to be part of the lineup. Bill Pfunder, ORH’s incentive program manager, highlighted the impactful loan repayment and loan forgiveness programs that support Oregon’s health care workforce. Participants also heard from Trixie Lacas, ORH’s recruitment and retention manager, who shared insights from her frontline work with practice sites across the state to help address critical health care workforce shortages.
