ORH is pleased to announce an important update that will streamline participation in our loan repayment and loan forgiveness programs. Effective immediately, the site application approval period will be extended from one year to two years. 
 
Organizations were previously required to submit a site application annually to maintain eligibility for our programs. With this change: 

• Approved sites will now remain eligible for two full years from the date of approval; 
• The frequency of reapplication will be reduced, saving time and administrative effort; and 
• Sites can focus more on supporting program participants and less on annual paperwork. 

This update reflects our commitment to reduce the administrative burden on participating sites, improve overall program efficiency and provide greater stability and predictability for sites and participants. 

What you need to do: 

• Currently approved sites: Your approval will remain valid for the full two-year period moving forward (based on your most recent approval date, if applicable under the new policy). 
• New applicants: Once approved, your site will receive eligibility for a full two years. 
• Continue to notify our program of any significant changes to your site during the approval period.
