Rural EMS Billing | Register here
Begins June 25 | 10 a.m. PT
ORH will sponsor a series of training webinars presented by EMS Management & Consultants (EMS|MC) in partnership with PWW Advisory Group (PWW|AG). The training is designed specifically for rural EMS billing and coding staff and will be led by Ryan Stark, EMS|MC’s chief compliance officer, alongside a nationally recognized faculty of EMS leaders, attorneys and subject-matter experts. This series will launch with a one-hour town hall listening session to gather attendees' most pressing questions and concerns about billing and coding. This session will inform the following six 90-minute webinars (dates TBD), which will be interactive with ample time for Q&A.
Rural EMS Leadership | Register here
Begins July 6 | 11 a.m. PT
ORH will also sponsor a set of four two-hour rural EMS leadership webinars delivered by the nationally recognized EMS consulting firm, SafeTech Solutions. These trainings are designed to address challenges and strategies for successful EMS leadership in rural agencies. Shortly after receiving the meeting invitation, all attendees will be asked to share their most pressing challenges and topics of interest, so each webinar can be focused accordingly. These sessions will be interactive with ample time for Q&A and group discussion.
New Rural EMS Equipment Cohort | Sign up here
ORH is dedicated to assisting rural EMS agencies with their most important challenges. Having appropriate ambulance equipment is critical to any EMS operation, yet it is often very difficult for small rural agencies to obtain. ORH is working on multiple strategies to address these challenges, and the first step is to bring agencies together, pool our resources and better understand the biggest challenges. This cohort is dedicated to EMS equipment acquisition, and we invite all agencies, both large and small, to join this peer group.
Oregon Rural EMS SharePoint | Sign up here
To best facilitate quick, ongoing group communication and resource sharing, ORH has created a SharePoint site dedicated to all aspects of Oregon rural EMS workforce recruitment and retention. It's designed to share resources, post questions and chat with your peers to collaborate. As a closed group, it's available only to you and your peers and is an efficient way to stay connected with new ORH EMS programs.
Please note that this is a private ORH website and members must be invited.
Completing the form will ensure you have access to the Oregon Rural EMS SharePoint site, be connected to the specific cohorts, and find the resources listed above and much more. We encourage multiple members of your agency to register so they can stay updated on their EMS interests or agency responsibilities. In addition, you can choose one or all of the following topics: leadership, billing, human resources, equipment acquisition, EMS education in Oregon schools and mobile integrated healthcare/community paramedicine (MIH/CP).
We will post more information about these sessions online soon. Visit the ORH Rural EMS webpage to stay updated.
