Fetal Care Team

The OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital fetal care team includes many specialists to offer you exceptional care. Our team works with you and your obstetric provider to recommend the best care plan for you and your baby.

You’ll find:

  • Maternal-fetal medicine specialists who have completed advanced training in maternal-fetal medicine and genetics.
  • Radiologists who are specially trained in advanced fetal imaging.
  • Fetal cardiologists who are specially trained in providing comprehensive heart care.
  • Neonatologists who contribute to the care plan for every patient, including taking part in deciding where to deliver.
  • Fetal surgeons who complete specialty training to perform specialized fetal interventions
  • Nurses and clinical coordinators dedicated to supporting fetal care patients and families.
  • Social worker dedicated to supporting fetal care patients throughout their care journey
  • Fetal genetic counselor with specialty training in genetic risk assessment, education, test coordination and counseling
  • Pediatric specialists who completed additional specialty training and provide care for your baby after birth
