Biography
Robert A. Lowe, M.D., M.P.H., joined the Department of Emergency Medicine at OHSU in 2001. Dr. Lowe served as a clinician and teacher of Emergency Medicine for over 25 years. He founded the Center for Policy and Research in Emergency Medicine (CPR-EM) and the Emergency Medicine Research Fellowship. His research background includes over 100 peer-reviewed publications, and he currently serves as Principal Investigator of three NIH grants, including OHSU's new K12 Institutional Research Training Grant in Emergency Medical Care.
