Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

Nicole Hornberger is passionate about promoting patient health and well being. In each visit, she works with her patients using a patient centered, trauma informed, and solution-focused framework. She also offers culturally-specific services in Spanish. 

Hornberger's professional background is in providing mental health treatment in clinical and school settings. She offers short term therapy, health coaching, consultation, and helps patients get access to community resources.

Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility.
