About me

I specialize in medical oncology and the treatment of:

I participate in clinical trial research. I’m very interested in what happens outside the hospital – the social aspect of cancer.

I enjoy spending time with my three daughters, wife and dog, Baxter. I enjoy exercising outdoors and taking family hikes in Portland’s Forest Park.

I did feel that in explaining things he didn't recognize that I am already well informed and his explanation of what is going on was a bit on the elementary side. I am fully capable of understanding complex explanations. But I understand that not everyone my age is. He was listening to me and followed up with a call. He respected my concerns about my care and my ability to make my own decisions.
