Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

About me

Dr. Howie Freeman is an internal medicine physician who finds a deep sense of fulfillment in establishing lasting relationships with his patients. He is passionate about providing each patient with the quality of care they deserve, with attention to everyone's unique background. 

Dr. Freeman chose internal medicine because of his interest in managing complex medical cases and his fascination with the interdependence of each organ system. 

In his spare time, Dr. Freeman enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, exploring the great Portland food scene, and cheering on the Trail Blazers.
