About me

I am a family medicine physician assistant who treats patients with high blood pressure, diabetes, and dermatologic concerns.

I provide diagnoses, interpretation of lab/diagnostic tests and patient education.

I am passionate about the long-term relationship between provider and patient. I am excited to work alongside patients in their health and wellness journey. I have a special interest in pediatrics and preventive medicine.

Outside work, I enjoy trying new restaurants and coffee shops, hiking, paddle boarding and reading.

  2. Hannah Zweig is attentive and very interested in how I feel about the effectiveness of the drugs I'm on. I feel relaxed in her presence and confident that I'm being treated professionally.

  3. Hannah is mind and caring. She does a good job of balancing the need to move quickly with providing patient care, and she has a friendly bedside manner. She also frames medical decisions as a collaboration between patient and provider, which I find very helpful.
