Dr Yiu made me feel so safe and comfortable. She explained hormones to me in a way that made sense and took my concerns seriously. I am so grateful to have her as my doc and recommend her to all my trans friends!

Elizabeth C. Yiu, NP, was absolutely wonderful-very attentive to my care and concerns, professional, and thorough in explaining everything she was doing. I truly appreciated her thoughtful approach. However, the medical assistant who checked me in came across as a bit unpleasant and dry at first. Her demeanor improved once we began speaking, but the initial interaction could have been warmer.

Elizabeth talked down to me and made me feel like what Im feeling wasnt as bad as I said or that I was wrong. Overall I did get a good end result for dealing with the pain but I wish I didnt have to fight with my doctor to prove something that im not lying or wrong
