Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

  1. They do not see patients.
  2. They see patients but have not yet received the minimum number of patient experience reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is statistically reliable and an accurate reflection of patient experience.

About me

Dr. Alkhazaleh received his BDS from Jordan University of Science and Technology in Jordan in 2016 and certificate and M.S. degree in Operative Dentistry from the University of Iowa in 2022. Dr. Alkhazaleh joined the Restorative Dentistry Department at Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry in July 2022.
