Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

We focus on the diagnosis, management and treatment of injury, disease, or age-related conditions of musculoskeletal and neurologic issues. We can help you develop, maintain or restore movement and function lost to age, disease or injury.

Our board certified clinicians provide comprehensive bone, joint and nerve rehabilitation services to decrease acute or chronic pain and improve strength and mobility without surgery. When indicated, our physicians are skilled at performing procedures under ultrasound guidance and electrodiagnostic studies (EMG and NCV) to evaluate for injury or disease of muscle, nerve roots, and peripheral nerve.

We develop highly personalized rehabilitation plans which can include therapeutic exercise, medications, injections, prostheses, orthoses, and other equipment to assist daily activities. When required, care is also coordinated with an interdisciplinary team to help patients improve their psychological, social, and vocational function. Our goal is to improve quality of life by restoring or enhancing functional ability in patients who have physical impairments.
