Coordinated Care Organization Disparities Map
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) has released an interactive map showing geographic disparities among a multitude of coordinated care organization (CCO) metrics. Areas can be broken down using the Oregon Office of Rural Health's (ORH’s) primary care service areas, which are smaller than counties and show more relevant community-level data. This data is for 2023 and 2024, and can be viewed as tables or trends over time, as well as frontier, rural or urban categories. View the map and data here.
