Team CDA’s Data2Action Oregon (D2A OR) project is part of and supported by the National Institute of Health (NIH) HEAL Initiative. The project supports the use of data for decision-making regarding substance use services and related supports and policies. In particular, its goal is to support local partners from public health, behavioral health, first responders, health payers and advocacy groups. Learn more about the project here. They are looking for participants to provide insights to inform local data needs and wants.
Participants will be asked to complete one or two surveys now, and may be asked to complete more surveys in the future. They anticipate that the first survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete, and the second will take 15-25 minutes. Surveys do not need to be completed in one session and are due Nov. 30, 2025.
Participation benefits:
- You can receive up to $40 (electronic gift cards) for completing the surveys;
- You will also be entered into a raffle to receive an additional $20 gift card; and
- You will receive access to data products that are developed through this project. These data products will only be available to participants while the project is ongoing (2025-2028).
