Winter ECHO programs are now open for registration

Register Now for Upcoming Winter ECHO Programs

On behalf of the Oregon ECHO Network (OEN), ORH encourages you to register now for OEN’s winter continuing education programs. These free telementoring programs provide ongoing learning opportunities for clinicians and clinical teams throughout Oregon. Experienced and new learners are always welcome to sign up. In addition to over a dozen programs that are back by popular demand, OEN will also offer four brand-new courses. Most courses begin in January. The following is a sample of OEN’s winter offerings:

  • Social Needs – This training strengthens individuals’ and teams’ capacity to identify and address patients’ social needs. It involves developing processes at both the patient and community levels, such as implementing screening and referral systems for individual patients and establishing partnerships with local organizations to support broader community needs.
  • Autism and ADHD in Adults – This course equips primary care providers and their teams to deliver equitable, affirming care to neurodivergent adults, particularly autistic individuals and those with ADHD, by addressing systemic health care disparities and improving access, quality and patient-provider relationships.
  • Alzheimer's and Beyond: Advancing Dementia Care – This program provides initial evaluation and management for patients with less common dementias and learn strategies to integrate dementia care into comprehensive disease management.
  • Substance Use Disorder Prevention and Early Intervention – This ECHO focuses on substance use prevention and early intervention systems in school contexts. Prevention work is complex, interprofessional and requires strong partnerships. Sessions will exemplify successful models, empower teams to vision together and assist champions in advancing their own prevention efforts.

OEN is also offering new cohorts of its favorite ECHO programs, including chronic pain and opioids, pharmacological weight management, palliative care, and pain management and SUD in dental settings.
