  10. Dr Duong is wonderful. Skilled professional, listens well, and responds in easy to understand manner. And she has a great sense of humor that helps ease some of the stresses of the setting.

  11. My concerns were not fully heard. Often cut off despite my concerns and questions to better inform myself of my own body. Overall tone was rude.
