  14. Not the best bedside manner. A little abrupt in her approach to my exam and discussion around my options for treatment.

  15. Dr. Yee Cheen Doung was clear at the initial appointment. Dr. Doung visited me before surgery. She made sure I had all my questions answered. Also, the professionals who took care of me in person and post surgery after I went home were very accommodating. Thank you all.

  17. Dr Duong is wonderful. Skilled professional, listens well, and responds in easy to understand manner. And she has a great sense of humor that helps ease some of the stresses of the setting.
