About me

Dr. Stephanie Chu is a hematologist and oncologist with a particular interest in gastrointestinal cancers, genitourinary cancers and lung malignancies. She works with her patients to develop the best treatment and supportive care plans that fit their needs.

Outside of work, she enjoys trying new food places, hiking, traveling and spending time with her family and dog.

  2. Dr Chu is a rock star! She cares, is super thorough, knowledgeable and really goes the extra mile. One of the best physicians I've had the chance to work with.

  6. Dr Chu spoke at a speed I could process the information pretty well. She explained anything that I didn't get the first time through. She was patient when I had to organize my thoughts to respond to some of her questions. She clearly knows her business but is also seems very concerned about me as a human being. I did not feel like a number.

  10. Dr. Chu is so personable and pleasant. She was also quick to allay any concerns I had about visiting her (she was perceptive). She explain the test results which were still Greek to me but she did her best. Not seeing someone's face makes understanding difficult yet I understand the masking thing.
