Doctor Sangai is a true professional. He was attentive, thorough, patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his expertise.
The doctor was very professional and very thorough with his examination of my problem. He gave me a plan that I believe will work in the future. I appreciate the effort. He went through to make sure that I understood what was needed and required.
Clinician was extremely professional and welcoming. She truly listened and responded to my concerns.
Expert care. Felt cared for
Brilliant scientist with an outstanding personal approach.
Everyone I came into contact with because of a medical condition was professional and friendly. Couldn't ask for more
I was told my English and echo were good but received a message that the Ekg was abnormal.
Very personable experience, despite being a large organization
I felt judged as a recovering addict and not a human being when I was consulting with the physician assistant and the doctor. I left feeling really bad about myself and that's the last thing I need in this world. Addiction affects all of the socioeconomic scale. I ask they remember that. If they treat recovering addicts again, please do not "other" them. We are people first. And this message has nothing to do with the doctor putting off the procedure. I understand why that was done.
Explained well
Outstanding care
Knowledgeable and described everything in terms that I understood and he made sure that I did understand
Thorough and efficient.
Friendly Approachable and knowledgeable
Thoughtful, examined all the options, reassuring, listened.
Very helpful and patient
Made it clear what my health status is and what ongoing plan is for heart health.
He listened to what I had to say.
My experience with OSHU was very much a positive one. The team was very kind respectful and very informative. They answered all of my questions and answered within the best of there highly educated abilities. I would definitely give a high score to OSHU and recommend to anyone wanting to get the best care in the Pacific Northwest according to there condition and being one who has little confidence in the current medical field that is saying a lot.
This young lady was without a doubt the best ever to work with me!! A young lady with a very bright future ahead of her!!!
