Shes so informative and attentive
Everyone was so nice and pleasant. Never heard a cross word from anyone. It was nice meeting all of them.
Both Grant and the doctor were fantastic and clearly know how to work with children.
In addition to being careful and thorough with their exams and questions, both Dr. Reznick and the orthoptist Kevin Woodruff were also very kind and patient with me. I was quite anxious and a bit wound up, and I was likely talking way too much trying to convey everything I could think of about my past medical history (whether needed or not) in case It might be relevant! And they were not only sympathetic and compassionate but their manner made me feel like I could relax a little bit and trust that I was being well taken care of. I was so thankful for their kindness and good humor, as well as their obvious professionalism and expertise.
Good
The doctor her self was VERY rude to my 3 year old
I appreciated the explanation of exactly what to expect.
Everything went very well. I was ready for surgery and optimistic of the results. Dr Resnick's description of what would be done was clearAnd not rushed
Dr Reznick Gave very clear information and my questions were answered. I also did not feel rushed.

Excellent care, attention to details, explained so my son understood what it was being said
Professional, courteous ,to the point, clear explanations, gave opportunity to make own decision from the choices available
She is great. Just so hard to see or get in.
The assistant dilated my son's eyes and said the doctor would be in around 20 mins. We waited another hour and it felt very rushed.
She was very calm and careful. She made sure to double check every time I saw her before the procedure.
Always a good and informative visit. Questions answered and do not feel rushed
She was exactly who I needed to see and my expectations were met over and above.
This is the best office we've interacted with so far. Top notch.
Every provider we encountered did a wonderful job of explaining what the plan was and ensuring we understood everything. Dr. Reznik was quick to find us after surgery to update us on our daughter.
Was compassionate to child. Explained and was very thorough with exam. Very impressed
Terrific. The doctor and entire staff were top notch. I highly recommend them all. Would definitely seek out the hospital again!!!!
They were very knowledgeable and help us understand exactly what was going on. It was a very pleasant experience.
Maybe have a little more patience.

Very professional and caring attitude
They are very friendly
My doctor and all the staff were caring and answered my questions and concerns. I especially appreciated the doctors coming in to see how I was doing and what was going to happen during my eye surgery. I chose well by coming to the Casey Eye Institut
