Insurance
Before scheduling an appointment
- Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

She listens walks to you and feels your concern.
Knowledgeable and friendly. All my questions were taken seriously and answered. I felt confident in moving forward with the treatment plan.
She was very clear about how I am progressing and took my questions seriously. I felt respected and cared for even in a virtual setting.
It was good.
Appointment was on time. She was nice, and professional. Talked to me as a person who cared. I understood her approach about my care.
Clinician was friendly and very informative
Jill Storey provides a thorough patient experience with explanations and procedures easily understood. She administered my "knee shot" well, with no pain nor adverse effects felt by me.
Very good
She listened, together we made a plan and she answered my questions.
It was a nice experience with this clinic I came to get X-ray and see which need do I have to have a replacement and they let me know it will be my right knee so overall it was good thank you

Very informative.,
Jill Storey was friendly while being professional, clear and concise. She is always a pleasure to see.
Jill was informed, knowledgeable about my condition and responsive to my concerns
Clear communication. Listened well.
Jill Storey was on time, very knowledgeable, listened intently, got to the problem quickly, reviewed the xray so I could understand it. Very personable and kind, too.
They were able to answer all my questions.
This is the first time I have ever had a tele-health internet meeting and it worked marvelously! Jill listened and was responsive. It was a very good experience. The first time I met with Jill was in the office in Portland. I thought she had a hearing problem because she shouted the entire appointment, and it really was upsetting. But as I was leaving that appointment, I heard her shouting at the next patient so I suspected she had a hearing deficit. There was no evidence of this in this telehealth visit, and because there was no shouting, I felt comfortable to share more of my concerns regarding this TKR. Thank you.
She was caring and efficient , helped me down the step off of the examination table (steps are difficult for me!)
Answered my questions. Satisfied I had my questions answered.
She listened to my concerns and responded to them, even though I think she would have preferred to wait a bit on the MRI.
The clinician was very friendly and professional but cordial. She really listened to what I had to say about the pain issues I was having in my knees. She did give me injections in my knees and she did do it as gently as she could. And she also soothed me when I winced at the uncomfortableness of the medication going into the knee. I have had a knee injected before at another hospital and the way that your clinician did it was so much better and easier for me to take.
They communicated info well.
After 6 years. I finally got my surgery. They did an excellent job.
