Dr. Keller is a board-certified dermatologist that specializes in general and complex dermatology with special interests in dermatologic urgent care and inpatient consultation. He provides a consistent and accessible dermatologic resource for providers who see patients in the hospital setting. Dr. Keller sees patients at the Department of Dermatology at the Center for Health & Healing and at both the OHSU and the Portland Veterans Affairs hospitals.
At the OHSU Department of Dermatology, he aims to provide rapid and effective triage for urgently arising outpatient skin problems. In the hospital, he consults on patients with a broad range of conditions, from common (stasis dermatitis, cellulitis, shingles) to more serious (pyoderma gangrenosum, autoimmune blistering dermatoses, graft-versus-host disease). His research interests include the use of inpatient telemedicine, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, DRESS syndrome, calciphylaxis, and prurigo nodularis. One of his career focuses is increasing the amount of interaction and education between dermatology and the other medical specialties. He serves as the Associate Director of the Dermatology Residency Training Program.
In his free time, Dr. Keller enjoys time with his spouse and son.

Insurance
Before scheduling an appointment
- Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Dr. Keller is an excellent clinician and is passionate about providing the best possible care/treatment for his patients.
Dr Keller is an absolute blessing in my life with Morgellons disease. He listens, is curious, and provides solutions. His expertise in this area is remarkable . Please treat him well!
I Love These Doctor's, Especially Jesse Keller & His Assistant (LAST VISIT)!I wasn't so wild about the previous time, when there were five to six people in the room and I was trying to express things, that I wanted to say to a doctor for quite some years..The things that I wanted to discuss were Private! There were at least four women and two men in the room, the previous visit..Just felt weird, lots of Commotion! If it were like my last visit,, THEY WERE PERFECT!
Dr. Keller is very thorough, informative and helpful.
Compassionate, approachable, knowledgeable with good communication skills
Very nice and seemed to know exactly what is happening with my skin.
Well you simply get the Job done, and help me and tell me my options, I can't complain it helps me get the meds I need to survive my condition.
He was prompt, thorough, explained what he thought and what his recommendations were.
Excellent. Professional, compassionate and interactive.
They were great and very helpful
I very much mean the highest ratings in all of the above, I saw a nurse, a doctor's assistant in training and the doctor, and each gave me great attention and concerned and were thorough at each level. No one was rushed and I was given plenty of time by all and actually I prefer getting the three layers of service because it helped us really hone down on the most important issues of a multifaceted problem.
I think Dr. Keller was very concerned, and wanted to find a diagnosis for my symptoms to effect a course of treatment.I had been struggling with this illness for 7 weeks, without knowing what it was or how to treat it. His diagnosis and course of treatment provided me with some hope of a positive recovery.
They listened and gave a remedy
Listen to my concerns
Dr Keller is extremely thorough and is an excellent communicator
It was good
He had a solution for both of my problems.
Very personable and knowledgeable!
Efficient but not rushed. Explained well what he was doing and what he saw and what the options were and the pros and cons. Would defiantly come again if and when I have questions.

He was quick, professional services and competent
Dr Keller is very professional and knowledgeable. He listens so well and is responsive . I feel very lucky to have him as my dermatologist.
She was knowledgeable of my medical history and listened to me and asked appropriate questions and the visit was pleasant and I got all my questions answered.
He was very nice and efficient too. He remembered me from the hospital and had been keeping track of my condition, which I appreciated.
Fair
He explained all of my options and proceeded with my choice. He was concerned about my wait and asked what I thought of the stand by clinic.
Seemed very knowledgeable. Answered any/all questions that I had.
