About me
Emma M. Jones is a family medicine physician associate who treats patients of all ages and all types of preventative and general care. She also offers treatment for those with high blood pressure, diabetes and depression/mental health care needs.
Family medicine is a special place for Ms. Jones because she has the privilege of serving her patients through the various stages of life. She loves getting to know families and welcoming their newborn additions! Seeking out care can be an unnerving process. Her goal in this clinic is to create an environment of comfort and understanding. She wants her patients to feel as though they can reach out to her for all concerns without a second thought.
Outside of OHSU, her favorite time is spent outside. She enjoys trail running, water skiing, snow skiing and riding dirt bikes. She has a green thumb and loves both outdoor gardening and caring for her houseplant collection. She almost always is projecting on something, like rebuilding a coffee maker or car/boat/motorcycle maintenance. When she’s home, she’s often loving on her two well-fed cats, Mia and Decker.

Very nice
From the minute I was waiting for my appointment even before I met her everything I heard about Emma was nothing but positive and then after meeting her she made me so comfortable and she made me feel very heard and she spoke to me like a person not a patient I very much enjoyed meeting her
She listened carefully to my concerns. She asked questions to clarify. She offered treatment options and explained pros and cons of different approaches. I felt that she was caring and concerned for my well-being.
She did a good job of testing out the conditions under which I would feel pain in my elbow or shoulder. She ruled out certain causes, but I was a little disappointed not to leave with some sort of specific diagnosis.
She is an excellent doctor and I am grateful to have her.
Emma was attentive, thoughtful, and even brought in an entire team of nurses to help get me through the plethora of needs I had which Included flushing my ears, drawing blood, and a handful of other things. I felt incredibly cared for and taken care of by everyone who was in the room. I received thoughtful answers to my questions, a clear instruction/guidance on what to do next, and felt like Emma and everyone really had my best interests at heart. I left feeling relieved and confident about my health and my next steps.
Very smooth interaction throughout

Emma Jones set a very high standard for attentive listening, engagement, and responsiveness - and patienceas I had a fairly long list of concerns to address, as the result of an unusually long gap since my last medical contact due to extended travel abroad!
