Carmen, the PA, is a rockstar. Super professional, displays great interest in my injury, looks outside of the box for solutions, goes to the extra distance for diagnostics, as a great overall attitude, very pleasant, and enjoyable to be around.

Carmen initially helped me with pain management pre surgery by prescribing some NSAID pain relievers, which was the first time I'd been offered any pain management for my chronic hip pain. At this appointment she took my concerns about my atrophic scarring and connective disorder seriously and made changes to the plan of care (very slightly) to accommodate the way my skin healed.

Didn't push me

I asked the assistant, Jordan, to tell me about Ms Jones the PA before my visit and he spoke very highly of her. Then Ms Jones met and surpassed those high expectations. She LISTENED to me and her responses showed she was THINKING about what I said. When I left that visit not only had I had a procedure immediately address my pain, but a clear plan set up to take care of it in the future. I'm requesting to work with this office from now on.
