Before scheduling an appointment

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Appreciated their taking the time to answer questions and being approachable to our child.
They were very knowledgeable and kind
Was very professional but also asked personal questions to see how my life was going. Small talk is always good because it takes you from a number to someone they care about.
Good overall experience. Would like to see if we could switch to video calls, as we live 3.5 hours away.
Very professional, but we did have to wait 1.5 hrs in exam room with a toddler, which is poor patient care.

I've been to several doctors and this was the first one to try to find what the problem was instead of just treat the symptom.
