I am a Registered Dietitian and Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I am committed to helping people with diabetes build the confidence and knowledge they need to live their best life. I aim to help them find creative solutions to address their diabetes goals. This includes helping others to build and maintain a positive relationship with food. Outside of work, I enjoy watching waves at the beach, listening to stand-up comedy, and snacking.
