Dr. Seunggu Jude Han completed his medical school training, neurosurgical residency training and neuro-oncology fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco.  He joined the OHSU Department of Neurosurgery as faculty in 2017, and currently serves as the surgical co-director of Neuro-Oncology Clinical Research at the Knight Cancer Institute.  He specializes in the treatment of brain tumors, with a special focus on surgical management of complex brain tumors with eloquent brain mapping. His research interests include brain mapping for tumor resection, fluorescence guided surgery, and novel therapeutics for brain tumors such as local drug delivery, immunotherapy, and surgical clinical trials.  In his personal life, Dr. Han enjoys cooking, hiking and surfing.
