Spatial Systems Biology

OHSU Center for Spatial Systems Biomedicine (OCSSB) is a multi-disciplinary, multi-departmental and multi-institutional organization that acts as a nucleus to integrate, refine and focus the new generation of measurement and computing technologies. It cultivates collaborations between the next generation of scientists in systems-level approaches to biomedical problem-solving and computation, bringing together faculty members in measurement science, chemistry, biology and computation from OHSU, Portland State University, and Oregon State University, and local technology centers in nanotechnology and drug discovery. The OCSSB interacts broadly with partners from the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries as well as multiple leading academic institutions.
