Everyone is great and friendly , my provider is listening and ask me question regarding my care plan. Great visit
Very good service
Dr Sophia is awesome. Love her
She is very knowledgeable and a good communicator.
They are awesome
Absolutely amazing!
I always feel that I have been listened to and my care is based on my specific issues that need to be addressed. This is very important to people with chronic illnesses who may have complicated problems.
My boss came with me and was very impressed and will make her next medical visit with this practitioner
Emphatically treated holistically with great insight and knowledge
Sophie Lichenstein-Hill, D.N.P., was AMAZING! She is highly intelligent, knowledgeable, gracious, caring, thoughtful, pleasant, and she is a great professional. She explained the entire process exceptionally well, provided opportunities for me to ask questions all along the way, did a wonderful job of letting me know what to expect throughout the process, and the injections were a great help to me.
An intern came in first to confirm my history, then the Nurse Practitioner returned along with the intern to conduct the assessment and to discuss medications and needed tests. The visit was very thorough and it resulted in immediate steps to get some tests done and to set a schedule for further tests to make sure that if my condition gets worse, it will be readily identified through scheduled tests. I was impressed with the knowledge of the team and with how thorough they were with my care.
She was very personable and very approachable. I felt like I had plenty of time to ask my questions and to receive thoughtful answers.
Very pleasant but I didn't get everything because I have hearing p;roblems and wear hearing aids With her mask on, I missed a lot of her coinversation
They spent ample time to listen and assess my situation and make logical recommendations for possible further identification and possible treatment.
All good
Is a very kind and caring place
