It was much a much better visit than what I've experienced in the recently with other healthcare professionals.
Dr. Sheppard is easy to talk with and listens carefully to me, is open to any and all questions, and is comprehensive in monitoring all medical issues.
Dr. Sheppard was courteous, conscientious, and thorough throughout this visit
Dr. Shepherd is thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and congenial. I'm glad to he
Dr. Sheppard is, by far, the very best Internal Physician I have ever had!He is efficient, patient, professional, caring, and attentive to my health situation.
Honestly, I have never been treated been In all my years. Everyone from my doctor to the front staff are always exceptional.
Dr. Sheppard was very thorough in his questions and was very patient and caring. I would recommend him to anyone as a doctor.
Dr. Sheppard is very intelligent and knowledgeable. He also has excellent bed side manner. He is thurough and noticed a few non related issues he wanted to make sure were up to date.
He didnt help, at all
Patrick is simply the best. Couldn't ask for a bettter doctor.
Dr Sheppard has a great bedside manner, is well versed in primary care/LGBTQ+ affirming care, and is always friendly and patient even when he's running behind schedule. I don't mind waiting past my appointment start time, because I know he is taking time to answer people's questions, and does that for me too. He never makes me feel rushed.
Everyone was professional and friendly.
Sheppard is always prepared and ready for his patient's appointment. He actually get to the root of the problem and helps you with any questions so that you can understand what is going on . His bedside manner is awesome . I leave knowing I have tools in my toolbox to work with on any illness that comes up .
Very easy to talk to and understanding. Would like to talk more about experience in the future regarding treatment and overall health improvement.
It is a pleasure to work with Doctor Sheppard. He truly cares and puts up my qurikyness. Should I have a problem that I need to talk with him or have a phone appointment to help me
I specifically requested Dr. Sheppard as my primary care physician because I we communicate very well, he is very caring and he has provided me excellent feedback and assistance with my treatment plan.
He is very thorough and clearly had read my chart and was prepared to go over my health issues (contrary to most providers that wait until they get in the room and spend the first five minutes reviewing my chart.) He listened to my concerns and was not dismissive of my ideas. He asked pertinent questions and explained his recommendations. I never felt rushed. He is a good clinician which I suppose is the most one can ask. Although he might want to add a bit of warmth to his communication style.
It was a poor experience and none of my concerns were addressed. I wasn't able to accomplish what I had come there for and was rushed and told multiple times throughout my appointment how little time we had.
Very caring and patient
Dr. Sheppard has helped steer me through two of the biggest health issues of my life; cardio vascular disease and crippling hip pain. He has helped me get my cholesterol under control and reduced my risk of heart attack, as well as expediting hip replacement surgery. As a result, I was able to complete a 65 mile, 10 lake canoe paddle/portage trip last month without pain.
He's great and listens and makes things happen
He listened. He looked things up to refresh his memory. I highly value this. He communicated effectively, providing rationale behind decisions. He asked the right questions. I am a retired RN, MSN and was impressed with Dr Sheppard.
Excellent. Really like Dr. Shepherd he was easy to talk to and made the process very easy
Dr Sheppard was very kind professional nd caring. He focused on my issue gave input nd guidance
Dr. Sheppard is one of a kind. Always attentive to my needs and concerns.
Dr. Sheppard was very attuned to my questions and answered them in a very understandable way.=
Knowledgeable, kind, helpful, excellent advice.
It's always a pleasure to see Dr Sheppard. I feel well cared for with him.
Maybe he should reacquaint himself with how to not poke at a person who clearly stated no when he wanted to "fix my asthma" to pretend he doesn't understand how upper respiratory infections affect asthma. At the beginning of our appointment everything was fine. I explained about my asthma, panic attacks, anemia problems and how my job is very physical and since I work in the Emergency Department I am around all kinds of sick people. To act like he doesn't understand is beyond me. My appointment wasn't for Dr Shepard to insert his medical opinions and change my medications. Several times during our interaction as I grew more and more anxious I asked if I should go see my doctor for this. He said no I'll fill out the paper work. I had to beg him several times to stop and just do the paperwork. As a medical professional he should've stopped like I asked- I felt like he enjoyed seeing me like that. That is a disgusting feeling to have. Did he fill out my paperwork yes he was generous in giving me a recommendation for a month only after I showed him I have an appointment with my doctor next month. He led me to miss a day of work because I can not work in our emergency room in a panic attack mode. So yes I am very upset over this.
Dr. Sheppard is EXCEPTIONAL, very thorough and most attentive to issues of concern.
