Insurance

Before scheduling an appointment

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

Visit our billing and insurance page for more information.

Ratings and reviews

Overall: 4.9 out of 5 (40 Ratings, 20 Reviews)

The patient ratings score is an average of all responses to the question "How likely would you be to recommend this provider to your family and friends (on a scale of 0 to 10)" on our nationally-recognized NRC patient surveys.

  1. Always EXCELLENT. Evaluating the time or duration of the face-to-face consultation according to the reality and characteristics of the patient as well as the time without having seen the patient in person, this would allow greater fluidity in the doctor-patient exchange and a better atmosphere in the appointment without feeling the pressure of time.

  2. Excellent, comprehensive, organized, great plan development

  3. Dr. Arora was amazing. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

  4. This was my first appointment with this doctor, and he was well versed in my medical history before he came to the meeting. I really liked that! Most of the time you have to bring them up to speed yourself, wasting time and energy that could have been spent talking about current issues.

  5. He was all the things I need from a doctorProfessional, knowledgable , listened and explained things well-

  6. Great service

  7. The visit was very short because everything was resolved quickly. He gave me an opportunity to ask any questions I had, which I appreciated

  8. Got answers to all my questions.

  9. He understands the concerns I have over my kidney problem, and provided practical and experienced advice on how to handle them.

  10. Good!

  11. Dr Aurora is an excellent physician going over my health condition in details.

  12. Smooth and refreshing

  13. Dr. Aran Nayara, my Nephrologist is excellent as a human being and a doctor. He knows how to encourage and guide you for healing with clear and precise guidelines. Create a familiar and welcoming atmosphere at the meeting. I feel very happy and grateful to him. May God keep and bless him forever.

  14. Excellent, very informative, courteous, professional, made sure I understood what was happening to me concerning my visit

  15. He was very good and I would prefer him to be my permanent clician
