The reception/check-in staff was very helpful. PA Micah Bates did an excellent job of explaining all options on my diagnosis.

He was very knowledgeable about CMT and about my personal problems. I felt he saw me as an individual and that his recommendations were well thought-out.

This is wife. My husband has been in severe pain for 8 years with 2 compression fractures in his spine. He has done acupuncture, massage, Chiropractic Care, shots and his back, Physical Therapy - nothing has worked. So we want to get something done about his back and now we're back to square one going to physical therapy. That was the result. Why can't we see a doctor who specializes in the kind of health problem my husband has? He needs to see a specialist, a doctor, and he needs to be treated for this, not just sent the physical therapy, which he's been doing for years. And it only has a very temporary effect. Thank you.

I was very happy, very thorough, on time, very efficient. So yes, I'm very happy with my visit with Mr. Bates.

It was just a plain not what I was expecting. You guys did not have any further information for me. He just like gave me choices and I didn't have the information, I felt like, to make the right choice.

He was clear with his explanations about my spinal issues, and worked collaboratively with me to sculpt a plan of action.

I sought out Micah after talking to a neurosurgeon who was in too much of a rush to discuss my concerns. I found Micah to be thorough, respectful and very good at explaining the various options along with the risks of each option.

More than I anticipated. I was impressed from the moment I stepped into the building and by the receptionist and the doctor himself.
