About me

I am a general surgeon with specialty training in minimally invasive surgery and hernia/abdominal wall reconstruction. Some of the things I specialize in:

  • Ventral hernia
  • Incisional hernia
  • Inguinal hernia
  • Gallbladder disease

My current practice and research efforts seek to enhance surgical education and improve patient outcomes in hernia repair techniques and gallbladder disease.

I understand that each patient and problem is unique and requires individualized, expert care. I enjoy working with my patients to provide the best possible outcome and improve their quality of life.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, biking, running and reading.

  4. Awesome how well the resident did with a thorough history and physical. 2nd year med student provided meaningful input and questions. Very pleased to be a patient at such an effective teaching medical system.

  5. I was there for surgery consults. Three surgeons are collaborating to remove lab band, remove kidney and repair hernias in one open procedure. I feel confident in their abilities and glad for this coordinated approach.

I really appreciated her ability to go into depth on a couple of topics but never the less, was able to respond in easily understand language that was free of jargon or specialized medical terms. Ms. Bosley even answered questions that I didn't know enough to realize I should be asking. I like having a doctor who is that far thinking and thoughtful.
