Before scheduling an appointment
- Check your network. If you have health insurance, call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
- Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.
If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.

This clinician. Easy to with and understand info shared
Extremely thorough, careful listening, thorough and thoughtful answers, clearly cared for me as a patient!
Personable and professional.
My experience with Ladonna Robey was the best I have ever had with a medical professional. She explained things thoroughly to me in terms that were easy to understand. She listened attentively to my comments. The visit was not rushed. She came across as a compassionate, caring individual.
Clinician was prepared for the visit
Very good. Would be helpful to have captions on the virtual as I am profoundly deaf
Thoughtful, caring, attentive, listening.
True interest in my well being
Excellent and wonderful personality
Excellent communication skills
Very good; although I hope I didn't make her uncomfortable with my questions about E.D., since she explained to me that she is not a urologist, rather a cancer specialist. Nonetheless she was very professional.
Excellent
As I've said, everyone I've come into contact with has been great.
Very good, did not rush
Very professional, touch up on my new medication and extended the time for my other problem which made me very happy and answering my concerns.
Very knowledgable, focued.
Usually very prompt logging in, listens well, very good knowledge of subject, shows concern for me.
Every OHSU worker I encountered was friendly and helpful
Excellent, knowledgeable clinician with superb listening skills.
Ladonna is the consummate professional. I love her attention and compassion she shared during my visit.
Most of appointment was handled by the young nurse who was becoming a nurse practitioner--her name was Katie. Ladonna was wonderful as well. Both friendly and compassionate, and caring. I enjoyed meeting Katie because she was a runner and into working out (as I am) and answered most of my questions before Ladonna arrived. One comment unrelated to either nurse was the amount of time it took me to complete the appointment. It probably couldn't be helped, but it took well over an hour to complete my appointment, and most of it was spent waiting in the examination room. My relatives who brought me were very understanding but concerned I had experienced a major health issue or event. Since Katie answered most of my questions, Ladonna's work was mostly done before she arrived. It was probably a busy morning.
She is clear, attentive, and supportive. I appreciate her focus and care.
This clinician has always been an advocate for me. The staff in the prostate oncology are outstanding and are the number one to go with prostate cancer.
Ladonna is friendly, pleasant and solid medical professional
