About me

I am a family nurse practitioner who enjoys helping children and adults maximize their quality of life. I work collaboratively with patients to meet goals that are important to them and their families. As a quality improvement lead at OHSU, I am is always on the lookout for ways to make care at my clinic the best it can be.

When I'm not working, I often explore the outdoors alone or with my family. I also enjoy playing the violin and attending art and music events.

  1. Johanna listens to my concerns and I always feel like we have nice conversations and she understands me and my feelings and concerns.

  2. Johanna Nesse is an awesome provider. I feel like my health issues are rarher complex and many providers don't fully understand them. I feel very confident in Johanna's care and fully trust her in managing my healthcare.

  13. Had to wait several months for first appointment but very much worth the wait. Johanna is focused on each of my issues, asking probing questions if I haven't been certain or precise. She Is definite In her decisions and directions for tests and any needed referrals. She is more thorough than doctors i've had in the past though a NP. I feel blessed she is my PCP.
